Shipping

Flat rate shipping is calculated at check out on quilt fabrics for domestic shipping within the United States. Rates are based on flat fabric due to envelope size limitations.  Typically eight yards of fabric will fit in a priority mail envelope.  If additional shipping is required, you will be contacted prior to shipping.  Of note, finished quilts and embroidered goods will incur additional shipping due to weight and volume.  These may ship via other methods to ensure the lowest cost to you within your acceptable time frame.

Sales Tax of 6.5% is charged on Ohio sales only.

Currently we do not ship outside of the USA.

Returns

Returns are accepted if an error has been made by Seamweaver or there is a defect in the product.  Returns are limited to 15 days after purchase with receipt.  Must be unused, without odor, i.e., smoke, and still have original packaging.Contact Seamweaver prior to returning any items. 

Certain items may be ineligible for returns such as custom made products, custom assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item. There are no refunds on custom quilting or embroidery orders.  Patterns and CD's/DVD's may not be returned due to copyright laws.

For online returns customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact me within 24 hours of delivery. 

Privacy

Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information which is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.
